Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern all website engineering, full-stack application development, technical audits, and ongoing digital maintenance provided by Qbokk (contact@qbokk.com) to clients worldwide. By initiating a project or settling an invoice with Qbokk, you agree to these transparent terms.

• ›Sprint Deposit: A 50% upfront deposit is required to lock your engineering sprint schedule and commence Discovery & Wireframing.
• ›Final Handover: The remaining 50% balance is due upon your review and written approval of the private staging build, prior to live DNS deployment.
• ›Custom Enterprise Builds: Web application builds exceeding 4 weeks may be split into 30% kickoff, 40% mid-point milestone, and 30% deployment handover.
• ›Currency & Methods: Invoices are billed in INR (for Indian clients via UPI/Bank Transfer/Razorpay) or USD/EUR (via Stripe wire transfer for international clients).

• ›Included Revision Rounds: Every sprint package includes 2 structured rounds of revisions at both the UI design checkpoint and the staging review checkpoint.
• ›Consolidated Feedback: To maintain rapid delivery schedules, feedback must be submitted as a consolidated punch-list via email or project dashboard.
• ›Out-of-Scope Additions: New features, major architectural pivots, or third-party integrations not outlined in the approved technical brief are quoted separately as sprint add-ons.

• ›Custom Engineering Commitment: Because Qbokk commits dedicated senior developer time to one client at a time, deposits are non-refundable once development sprint work has commenced.
• ›Pre-Sprint Cancellation: If a project is cancelled in writing before any discovery, design, or coding work has begun, the deposit is refunded minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
• ›Milestone Guarantees: If Qbokk fails to deliver the agreed technical scope due to internal default, remaining unworked milestones will not be billed.

100% Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership is guaranteed. Upon receipt of full settlement for all project invoices, Qbokk transfers complete source code repositories (GitHub/GitLab), asset ownership, deployment credentials, and database rights directly to you. Qbokk retains no proprietary lock-in, recurring licensing fees, or backdoors.

• ›Two-Way Velocity: Our sub-second speed and sprint timelines depend on prompt client communication.
• ›Feedback Turnaround: Clients agree to provide required assets (logos, content, credentials) and milestone feedback within 3 business days.
• ›Dormant Projects: Projects paused or unresponsive for more than 21 calendar days without notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee before engineering resumes.
